This Friday, we are going to do a mini-meet for our team.  It's a good way to get the kids who have never been to a meet accustomed to what goes on at a swim meet.  The big difference between this and normal practice will be the time......we need to be done around 6, or 630 at the latest, so I would like to start the meet at 5, with a half-hour or so before to warm-up.  That means the Cardinal and White groups need to try to get to the pool around 430-445, if possible.  Gold and Elite groups can show up at normal time.  We won't use timers or anything like that, the coaches will get times, but I do encourage parents to come out and watch from the stands.
